The Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 Manager is available for installation on Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP. If you’re looking to remotely administer IIS 7.0, you’ll need to enable it first: Open IIS Manager locally on the server you want to manage, click on the server object in the tree in the left pane, open Management Service under Management in the right pane, then enable remote connections and apply.
